While I am waiting for funding for Workflow to go through, I need a quick solution.



I have an existing new Employee application to manage request for new account creation. I need to meld that into Altiris ServicDesk. To do that I am having the exiting application generate the Altiris Ticket using the native web services. My only hicup is how the heck do I include a URL attchement? I want the URL to simply be a link back to the extsing Employess Access request (http://apphost/pageurl?itemnumber=12345)
