Hello All,
I am using Symantec's Enterprise Security Manager.
I recently came across a problem using it to "update the snapshot"
Normally if I select an instance such as "files attributes", under a certain  and "right Click" I will get several options including one to "update the snapshot".
What I am getting, is the same thing as if I were to right click on say the "title bar", I am given only two options-
"copy" and "find text in column"
Thus I am not able to process the instances that are under the title bar.
Anyone have any ideas?!

I'm not aware of any reason this would be happening - I would contact support & see if they can help.

Good day guys.. I am just new to the company. We are using the ESM i am just wondering where i could get an evaluation copy of the software?

You can request an evaluation copy from your account's sales team or inside sales team.

thanks tim they advice me to call cdw. i wonder if there's anyway that i dont have to call the cdw to get that evaluation version.

You should contact them again and instead of asking for an Eval version, tell them you need to contact your Symantec Sales representative.  They should be able to direct you to the proper Symantec field sales or inside sales team assigned to your account or territory.

thanks man.. they got me one. but he's not in the office on leave be back monday. They give me his number and email. By the in am not working with symantec im just new with JP Morgan Chase.
