Partners are required to employ at least one (1) individual who has successfully achieved the most recent version Symantec Sales Expert (SSE) or Symantec Sales Expert Plus (SSE+) accreditation for 4 out of the 5 SMB focused solutions on the following list:

> Symantec Endpoint Protection
> Symantec Endpoint Protection for Small Business
> Symantec Protection Suite
> Symantec Backup Exec
> Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery

Partners must also be enrolled in the Symantec Partner Program at the Channel Platinum, Platinum Corporate Reseller, Gold, Silver, or Registered level or as a Distribution Partner.
