What is the central administration server?

When I tried to Install my new key license, I got this

 

I want to know what is it? and how to enter correct and through this step?

For central adminstration server (CASO) refer to below links

In the above screenshot you are getting option of CASO coz you have entered

CASO license key. If you dont want to you use CASO than remove license key from 

the wizard.

I got this and my job still can't run 

"Managed media server NVM-BACKUP1 cannot sign the security certificate for the central administration server because there is no longer a trust relationship between them. The managed media server will attempt to obtain a valid security certificate for the central administration server.The managed media server cannot sign the security certificate for the central administration server.  Ensure that the central administration server is online and that the managed media server has valid credentials to connect to it. The managed media server must  be the latest version of Backup Exec.
