What is the difference between the Self Healing and Self Repair

The difference is that Self Healing is triggered by accessing advertised entry points (ie. shortcuts, extensions, verbs). Self repair on the other hand can be initiated by hitting the 'Repair' button in Add/Remove programs, via the command line (msiexec /f) or even by using Active Setup.
