What is the difference between these definitions?

What's the difference between the SEPC and SEPM definitions? Are the SEPM only supposed to be downloaded if the Management server pulls it's updates from the LUA instead of Symantecs internet server and the SEPC are for Clients?

thats correct, SEPC content
thats correct, SEPC content is for clients getting their content directly from LUA. SEPM content is for clients that get their content from SEPM.
