What is the difference between Wise Installation Studio and Wise Package Studio?

Sorry, but this is a support forum and not a software sales forum. You can get prices from whatever software vendor sells Wise in your territory. Since we cannot guess what country you might be posting from, I would recommend consulting the Symantec website and finding which partners are active in your country and speak with them.

Wise Package Studio is intended for software repackagers - usually working in corporates or for corporates, and includes a capture tool for snap-shotting vendor installs that are not already in MSI format. WPS also includes a software manager and a conflict manager tool for ensuring that corporate application portfolios do not have conflicts between different applications that could result in problems with workstations when apps are uninstalled or updated.

Wise Installation Studio is intended for software developers - people who already know exactly what components need to go into their installs, and therefore do not need either capture tools or software management tools.

Have a look on the Symantec website in case there are feature grids which compare the two - there is certainly a feature grid which compares Wise Installation Studio and Express editions:
