What is different: SMSME and Information_Foundation_Mail_Security_For_MSE_6.5.8.285 ?

This issue has been solved. See solution.
In MySymantec I have valid licenses/downloads for both SMSME 7.0 and Information_Foundation_Mail_Security_For_MSE_6.5.8.285.
Is this simply the 7.0 and 6.5 versions of the same thing? The " Information_Foundation" thing made me quation what I was downloading.

Information Foundation Mail Security for MSE was the old name for Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange (SMSMSE). The name was changed serveral version back; however the name was never updated on the install package until version 7.0.
