What do I receive with the Symantec Partner hotline Priority Access benefit (as part of the SMB Specialization)?

You have priority access to the Symantec Partner hotline for resolution of sales related inquiries regarding:

  • Certificate and Part Number inquiries
  • Presales non-technical product support
  • General PartnerNet information
  • Information regarding how to become a Reseller for Symantec
  • General information regarding our Distributors
  • Symantec Sales Representative information for qualified opportunities
  • Marketing initiatives to the Channel
  • Product Information

The Partner hotline is open from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.  Once you're an SMB Specialized Partner, you can find the Priority Access hotline Phone Number on PartnerNet  under the  "Your Partner Program" section.
