Hello Folks,
I'm in support and thus not so familiar with the operational side of the product. I would like to know, what do you think is the best way to handle isolated files? An administrator asked me and I would suggests to look what these files are. If they belong to a software you may have to repair it. If it are documents, you may have to restore the latest backup. These solutions are not very conventient for it takes a lot of time and the use seems not very promising. I wonder if there is a way to remove the infection from these files (for example when there is no backup for some mysterious reason).
I look forward to your feedback.

You can set the action to clean in the hopes that SEP can clean an infection but in some cases the file will need to be deleted or quarantined in order to remove the threat.

Agree with Brian's statement. Kindly set an appropriate action for the same.
