What do we have to buy from Symantec to stop IP from being blacklisted?
I have a client whose domain/IP keeps getting blacklisted by Symantec Brightmail. We have had the server scanned each time and there is never any malware, and they send no solicitations whatsoever. (In fact, they only send about 10-20 emails a week, to their clients, tops). Symantec investigates, and then removes the ban. But then it happends again. So we are beginning to suspect that a competitor of theirs is the cause of this problem.
