These are informational
These are informational alerts that you are getting. With Backup Exec 12.x, you get IDR(Intelligent disaster recovery) free, which allows you to perform recovery of your systems faster and efficient manner. It would involve creation of a recovery disk for which a .dr file is required. So, tihs informational alert tells you to copy the dr file to a proper location in order to perform IDR later. Here is a document relating to it:
http://support.veritas.com/docs/298283
Please go through Backup Exec administrator's guide for more details on IDR.
Regarding the Maintenance alert, it is also an informational alert. It tells you that Backup Exec finished doing its regular maintenance that it does every day at 4 am. This is a default behavoiur, and nothing to be concerned about.
Please note that both these are informational alerts and nothing really alarming.
Please mark it a solution, if this is useful.
Thanks
