What is the expected end of life of SFHA 5.x version

This issue has been solved. See solution.

- What is the expected "end of life" time of SFHA 5.x for Linux/Unix and Windows.

- May of our clients running this version which is working fine. Do I think for an upgrade.

Another 4 years for 5.1 in Unix/Linix - 30 November 2016.  
5.0 in Aug 2013.

Different dates for Windows...
