Workflow Soluiton

Hi Folks

I tried to go to the old Workflow Swat site for 7.1.  Seems to have disapeared.

I've had a look.  Not sure if it's all there.  It's been a little restructured and it looks like there's a bit less but hard to tell

Plus the two that I have opened so far for Service Desk are for 7.5 and I need 7.1 which I think is what the old ones were based on. Does it translate back to 7.1 ?

I have opened one of the workflow ones (SQL Table Generator).  I can't tell if it's 7.5 or 7.1.  Any ideas?

Seems to be a few changes for automation rule sets.

I guess I'll just have to find out as i go through them.

We have been making some changes to rulesets. Starting with the 7.6 release later this year there will be some additional functionality added.

So maybe as a general question and I can certainly put this out into a different post, where can one go to get information about different components, what they can do, what types of data they take as inputs and then give out as outputs, etc? This has always been the hardest part and the greatest hurdle with  Workflow.
