because i used this tools and i didn't see any effect.

As I try to do follow step in Symantec Endpoint Protection Virtual Image Exception User Guide.
that result seem better than before. --> improve full scan from take time 10 minutes to 5 minutes.
but I'm not sure about when I've create base image and then I ran full scan immediately,
completetion of result full scan should be show in a few second but now full scan has take time for 5 minute --> is this properly case??
