Hi there,

i have installed and configured my lua, and so far it is running.

Now i wondered about the download Symantec Failover FTP connection,

what do not work. We have a proxyserver here and if i enable it, configure the

ip address of the proxyserver and click Test it says:

Enter the same password in the Password and Confirm password fields.

Well i can see the user cust-r2 and maybe and something hidden in the

password field. What is the password of this cust-r2 user? Is it something

i configured on installation?

I anyone knows about that, please give me a little feedback.

Its a default password that is configured in all our products, I'm not sure off the top of my head what it is (but I have worked it out in the past)

If you haven't changed your source servers too much, you can always try the reset option on the left hand side of the LUA console to refresh those settings, in case you have changed the password for some reason.
