What permissions/privileges are required to view Software Resource details?

I'm trying to setup a security role that will allow our customers to view Software Resources in a given view.  As it stands now, they can see the view, that is, the list of Software Resources, but when they double-click one, to open the details of that package, they get an error that the specified resource no longer exists.  Of course, when I do the same, it exists just fine.

I'm certain it's a permissions issue, but I can't seem to find what they need permission to to load the following url:

SoftwareManagement/Resources/SoftwareComponentResourceView.aspx?ItemGuid=39049d87-bd93-4fbb-ab0c-73601f82632d

BTW, we're running in a NS 7 environment.

Thanks,
Mitch

Having the same question.

Hello Mitch,

Have you found the solution yet? I am asking myself the same question. I was trying as well with the predefined "Software Librarian" Role but seems like that role does also not include the correct privileges.
