I can't seem to find any info on where this came from.  Was it a part of SEP11 client install?  Can it be uninstalled?  TIA

Evidently you've asked for Symantec to download this program so it can detect any needs (updates to LiveUpdate, etc.) and install them. You may remove this from your unit(s), as it has apparently performed its task(s); it utilizes resources.
