I think a BESR restoration would be good - I don't know how in depth you can go, but backing up a server on RAID 5, wipe the RAID array & rebuild, then do a restore using the bootable recovery disk would be good :o)

Especially if you had to build a custom recovery disk too...

Now if I could show that to my clients, that's an advert they'd want to watch! ;o)

How about how to fix erronous data reported in the Home / Security Status / More Details page?  Things like Antivirus definition failures that show up on that page but the client UI reports up to date definitions (SEPM using embedded database - maybe I just need to open a tech support case!).

I would like to see a video on creating a custom IPS signature in SEP and how it works.
Contents should be :-

If  a new threat arrives in one of our pc in the  network . and we find the name of the files it generates and the work process of the threat. but symantec is unable to detect it. Till symantec releases the defination after i submit the threat how can i create a custom IPS so that other pcs in the network will detect it as a mallicious file and will not allow to run or copy itself to the machine.
