  • 1.  what a simple step integration servicedesk email

    hi all,

     

    i want to know what a simple step integration servicedesk to exchange server or mail server, for example when create incident, the incident go to the support email or the support email get notified by email when the incident create.

    i have install servicedesk before and not set email in the installation setup.

    You need to go in "Admin/Data/Application Properties" click in ServiceDeskSettings and edit the option "Mail Monitoring Service".

    I'm using POP, port 110.

    You need to go also in "Admin/Portal/Master Settings" and configure "E-mail Settings" to configure the SMTP Server.
