Can I get an official answer of being able to snapshot/capture a Windows 7 64bit Application?

If GSS 2.5.1 AI can not capture/snapshot a Windows 7 64bit application, will it in the future?

Does Symantec have an alternative solution? Will there be?

Is there a migration path to an alternative Symantec product than can?
