I have installed SEP11MR4 with all features . earlier in one system when i saw  the Ip properties there i found a teffer2 driver installed after SEP Installation .but in other systems i can't find those. please confirm what is this ?

The Teefer driver captures all network traffic entering or leaving a particular interface so that the personal firewall in SEP 11.0 can analyze it.

Then why my clients don't have teffer2 installed in ip properties (not listed there). I only saw once in a client that driver installed no ther clients have it.

 As far as i can tell, it is auto generated by SEP 11. Removal steps are suggested in the same link posted above. Restating them here (Courtesy Sandeep)

Remove the Teefer2 driver

1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel > Network Connections.
2. Click a connection.
3. In the dialog, click Properties.
4. Select Teefer2 Driver and click Uninstall.
5. You will need to repeat these steps for each Network Connection.
6. Reboot the computer.

Also delete
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\teefer2.sys
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Teefer2

But it is not listed ion my ip properties. does that mean i have some componets missing in my installation package which i have created

Only upto 11.0 MR2 release version teefer2 is visible.

My clients are at MR4 and the teefer driver is visible on all of them.   Does that indicate a problem with the installation?

Elobrate the purpose of Teffer 2.

From MR3 onwards the option to disable Teefer2 from Lan Properties has been removed due to security reasons.
If you still see Teefer2 listed on your LAN Properties and the Client version is MR3 or greater that means there is a problem with installation and you need to redeploy the client on that/those systems.
