I am trying to retrieve some logs from the one of the client using the bpgetdebuglog command from the Master server. But I am only able to get the bpcd log.
When I try to get the bpbkar log, I got nothing.
I have confirmed the bpbkar directory exist on the client and there are logs in it.
The Master server is a SUN Solaris 9 server.
The client is a Windows 2000 server.
The command I use to get the bpbkar log from the client is.
bpgetdebuglog <client_name> bpbkar 032508
I even tried to use bpbkar32, but nothing stil.
So I am wondering what kind logs can be retrieved from the client using the bpgetdebuglog?

Any log that is under the /usr/openv/netbackup/logs folder, the ones on /usr/openv/volmgr/debug are out of range.

Thanks Omar, but what I actually want is the bpbkar logs, which I believe it should be located in the /usr/openv/netbackup/logs directory.
So if the bpgetdebuglog command should be able to get all the logs under the /netbackup/logs directory, why can't I get bpbkar log at all? However, I am able to get the bpcd log.
I am sure that the log file I want exist on the client.
