When I try to run a "Risk Detections Count" or "New Risks Detected in the Network" report, I get the following error:

File or Directory Was Not Found

The requested file or directory could not be located.

Hello,

Since you are running the SEP 11.x, check these Articles:

"File or directory not found" errors when viewing the Home, Monitors or Reports pages in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Console.

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH96037

SAV Reporting Server or SEPM Reporting does not respond or shows a timeout error message when querying large amounts of data

http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH101746

and

check this Thread: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/forums/reporting-lot-reports-or-quick-reports-showing-file-or-directory-was-not-found

Hope that helps!!

What version of SEPM are you running?

SEPM 11.0.5

I'm confused by the permissions issue noted in the TECH96037 article.  IIS is running as System, and System has full access to that temp folder.

Latest version is RU7 MP2. I would recommened uprading to this version.

You would first need to upgrade to RU7 than go to RU7 MP2.
