When I try to install SEP RU6 setup package to a Windows 2k3 server...

  • 1.  When I try to install SEP RU6 setup package to a Windows 2k3 server...

    When I try to install SEP RU6 setup package (setup.exe) to a Windows 2k3 server which was upgraded from 2000 Server, the installation stops after copying the files and immediately the "Finish" screen appears. Then I check the processes from Task Manager, it runs 2 setup.exe and 3 msiexec.exe files but nothing happens after all. 
    On the last installation screen, it says "the setup was interrupted...." , so what can be the problem about this? 

    Because I had used this setup package for many many times for many machines...

    This is a forum for Endpoint Encryption rather than Endpoint Protection - you'll get a quicker solution there! The installer keeps a log file in the temp directories that will probably point you in the right direction otherwise.

    Log is %temp%\SEP_INST.log
