Where in the C:\ drive we can find the SEP client log ?

Hi,
One of the user complaining that they cannot get access to the server, so I wonder if it is blocked by the SEP client v 12.1 RU1 MP1 ?
WHere can I find the log for this in C:\ drive ?

Best way to check sep client logs
SEP client > View Logs
You can enable syslink logs

why not look into the logs on SEP client GUI.
The location of the logs are
win 7 & 2008
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.1101.401.105\Data\Logs
other
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.1101.401.105\Data\Logs

OK, in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.1101.401.105\Data\Logs which log should I see to know which component is currently blocking the client application with FTP and client application interacting with Outlook email client ?

You can view Logs on SEP client GUI
Open SEP Client GUI -> View Logs -> All type logs are available
Or
Windows 7 machine
C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\12.1.x.\Data\Logs
