Endpoint Encryption

I bought the Encryption Desktop Professionaland received the license number but with no link to download the program itself. Oh...ok.

I tried to download the file from "order details"  three times but the file was broken (the winrar was unable to unarchive it). When starting unarchive it goes with "Unexpected end of archive" and "file is corrupted". How that could be on official site?

The Connection site  does not recognise the serial number received in e-mail from Symantec.  It says that no  such product exists. How this could happen? I cant belive it!  

When  I tried to create a support case the program said that the Product Version was incorrect so this failed also.

Is there something working in the product with the price of 300 EURO?

How can get the unarchived file somewhere?

Thank you for answer but I have already wrote that the FileConnect does not recognise my serial number for some reason. It says "Invalid Serial Number". I found the tred where it was recommended to download trial version and put the license number for permanent version. But I am confused a little bit that the permanent version was 1,4 GB and the trial is 80 MB.

It's seems may be when you have try to download it's not proper download.

You can try to yse different IE version and check again

When you said it was a 1.4 GB file. It sounds like you might have accidentally selected the option to download all PGP versions. It shouldn't be that large.
