Endpoint Protection

Hello,
I have Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Version 11.0.780.*** .
i want to upgrade it to the latest version Of SEP which is SEP 11.0 MR4MP1a. But, first i must upgrade to the MR4 version.
in the website https://fileconnect.symantec.com/ , we only find the latest version  MR4MP1a.
Where can t find the MR4 version ?

To be honest it is too strange for me so, please, post a screenshot where you see that only the MR4 MP1a is available.
I guess you did not look enough around.

I been through this for other symantec products before

The best way out here should be get a support case created so that someone from symantec can give you the download link as they have a complete filestore called

ftp://supportftp.symantec.com.

The username and password differs as per the download you require

you are making a lot of confusion, there is no need to open a case, create an account, have access to the FTP servers and something else you are suggesting.
Elouerdighi, in the page you posted, you have to select just the language, then you will directed to the download page where you will find the products you are allowed to download, file by file, included SEP 11.0.4000.

How am I stupid ? I didn't  pay attention to the next screen after choosing managed download where the SEP 11.0.4000 File
appears clearly .
