    Hi,

    On a current setup, where can I view all ports configured? Ex communication port? SQL? Etc...

    Run the Management Server Configuration Wizard, it will show you what is currently configured. Take a screenshot for safe keeping.

    Sorry I thought this solved my issue.

    I can't get the client to see the manager. Running SymHelp.exe shows "Client to Manager communications are working", however no 'green' icon and no client is seen in the group on SEPM.

    Can you advise of any other troubleshooting steps I missed?

    This is a separate issue from your original question. Why did you remove the solution?

    This is an issue with the client as it needs to communicate over tcp 8014. If you're going to troubleshoot further, you're best off opening a new thread so as not to have multiple questions going in the same thread.

    Enable sylink debugging to see the communication between client/server.

    I changed the communication port to 80. And as I said, symhelp shows success yet I don't see the client.

    You're right, it's a seperate question. I will debug and if need be create a new thread. thanks.
