Where did Release Management go to in Service Desk 7.1 SP1?

Dear All,
I found the Release Notes for Service Desk 7.1 SP1 today (only Mr. Google could find it, where even Mr. SimWise could not) and I was somewhat surprised and a little perturbed when I came across a disturbing entry in the “Other things to know” section:
"In this version of ServiceDesk, Release Management component has been removed from the installation."
Does this mean the end for RM in Service Desk 7.1 or is it an extra that can be downloaded from somewhere else?
I think that people will be a bit concerned if their Service Desk suddenly loses functionality of a WHOLE MODULE?! I need to use RM for a user of mine and I might need to roll back to 7.1 instead!

Rolling back to 7.1 won't do
Rolling back to 7.1 won't do you any good -- RM was dropped in 7.1, not in SP1. If you need RM, you'll need to go back to 7.0. There is no additional download, it has simply been removed from SD entirely.
Nuts!
Dear jpn,
Yep. You are right. I guess that I will have to tell my user that they can't have Release Management. unless they want ALL of the SD 7.0 bugs back as well...
Thanks for the help.

I stand by the accuracy of my Inventory of the organisation. Don't blame me for the picture that it presents...
