You need to have your serial number and you can download it from

Please note the recommended approach it to have the SEPM at the same version or higher than connected to it SEP clients. As per note above you can download the software installer from fileconnect, if you do not remember your serial number please contact Symantec Suport for assistance.

when I enter my license #s, I only have options for SEP downloads not SEPM

I have my management console open and on the top right there is a "Policy Serial number:" but it doesnt accept that

The name of the package should be like this:

Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.2_Part1_Installation_EN - it will include both SEP client and SEPM Server installations.

Policy serial number in the SEPM console is something different - it is a number of the policy that is share with SEP clients.

Download Part1_Installation.exe

Once extracted there is a folder called SEPM which is the install
