The isssue i'm having is not able to connect to public ip address, i'm able to ping ,but not able to connect via ssh or vsphere client. any idea?
Make sure that you are not on vCenter when accessing the published IP.
If the issue is still not resolved, please open a case with Symantec Technical Support for Control Compliance Suite.
