One of my techs asked me why he has to manually click Include the Reply code?
good question! then I go looking in the email templates and in sd.dateservices to see if I can globally set it. cant find it. so it has to be in the web form
but where is the darn web form for me to edit?
If I cant find I will go edit all the templates but that is silly if a global setting is out their
