I have just initiated Full scan on few selected host from the SEPM console, but until today it's been 24 hrs I haven't received any result yet ?
where to get / view the result ?

Go to Monitors page
Logs tab
Set log type to scan and set your time frame and click View Log
If you click on Advanced Settings, you can filter by multiple categories so you may need to filter by host name or IP
The Scan reports and log contain information about antivirus and antispyware scan activity. The below table describes some typical uses for the kind of information that you can get from Scan quick reports and log.
