    Where to see in SEPM the virus spreads host? I found only the user name under which it is distributed, and the name of the host on which it is distributed.

    Did you check the Risk log? Should be there

    In Risk log  I found only the user name under which it is distributed, and the name of the host on which it is distributed. there is no virus spreads host.

    This particular one looks to be local to the machine. It didn't spread any further.

    If it did spread, in that log, there would be an entry for "Remote IP" which would show where it came from.
