    I am using Altiris 7.1. Which common port is require to open for patch management from firewall for client?

    I suggest to use latest KB for the ports and protocols used by ITMS components:

     

    Ports and Protocols for Symantec IT Management Suite (ITMS) 7.5 and ITMS 7.5 SP1

    Provided you use http downloads, I think you only need Port 80 for Patch Management.
