  • 1.  Which product is 12.1.3 on LUA?

    I rolled out 12.1.3001.165 and my clients that are served by my Live Update Administrator (v2.32.99) stopped updating.

    Looking at the Symantec Catalog I only see the following selections for SEP:

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v11.0

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 (Beta)

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU2

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU2 (Beta)

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU4

     

     

    Which one should I select for my client's version 12.1.300.165?

    Hello,

    The correct definitions for SEP 12.1 RU2 and SEP 12.1 RU3 remains the Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU2 content. 
     
    SEP 12.1 RU4 introduces several new definition types that correspond to new SEP for Mac features.  Be sure to use Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU4 contents to update these Macintosh clients. 

    I would suggest you to go for the Latest "Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU4".

    Symantec Endpoint Protection v12.1 RU2 catalog should cover 12.1.3

    Although, I would recommend moving server/client version 12.1.4
