While fetching status of backup NBU giving error

Hi,

 

From past 1 week our Master server is giving unusual error while fetching the information from about the status of backup in the report tab .

 

We thought after our schedule activity this issue is resolved now server is also rebooted problem is still persist.

 

 

Netbackup version - 6.5.5

Host server- HP UX 11.0

Screenshot of error messg  is also attched.

Can you run the report from

Can you run the report from cmd?

bperror -backstat -hoursago 24 -U

This will tel us if it's a GUI or binary problem.

bperror output

Hi Marianne ,

 

Out put bperror command is showing but the status report is not fetching through the console .

 

Problem is still there.

Where are you running the GUI

Where are you running the GUI from? jnbSA on the master, or do you have the Windows Java Console installed on your desktop?

Either way - is Java patched to the same version as the master?

regarding java version

Hi Marianne,

 

We are genrally using the Netbackup remote console for working in the nbu while running the jnbSA command in the HOST unix box its giving me such an error.

 

 cat /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/user_ops/nbjlogs/jbp.root.jnbSA.18726.log

DISPLAY environment variable is set to:
