    the below erro message come while running luall command

     

    2), 0% complete...

     

    Downloading failed, error summary...

    LU1835: The LiveUpdate server failed to respond in a reasonable amount of time.  This could happen because you could not connect to the server, the server is now unavailable, or you became disconnected to the server.  Try running LiveUpdate again.

     

    LiveUpdate session is complete.

    Below is some documentation regarding this error. In my experience raising the timeout values following the instructions in the document under Time-Out has resolved this issue quite a few times in the past.

    While making some changes in proxy setting, it's working fine.

    Hi same has been already add in full access.

    what changes did you make in proxy settings the liveupdate worked?

    is the issue still there?

    Hi I have no change in the proxy, I have tried again after getting this error. From cotinuosly 3-4 time getting this error. After that it work fine

    Hi,

    Check the connectivity to the management server.

    Type the following command In the browser command line

    http://management_server_address:8014/secars/secars.dll?hello,secars

    Hi - I have tried the below step

    Delete the following registry keys:
    HKEY_USER\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\DefaultConnectionSettings
    HKEY_USER\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections\SavedLegacySettings
     

    clear the contents from below folders

     c:\Documentsand Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate\Downloads

     c:\ProgramFiles\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\content
