Whitelist an address from spam filtering?

Can I specify a particular Exchange user (or e-mail address) from any spam filtering? Brightmail is continually identifying certain messages this person receives as suspected spam, despite repeatedly adding them to our customer specific non-spam definitions.

Yes. You can add that user to its own policy group then disable spam filtering for that policy group.

Thanks Ben. Then on the spam policy page just be sure that their group comes before Default on the list (top-down) right?

Edit - never mind, I forgot how it auto populates the policy screen, good to go. Thanks Ben.
