    Hello.

    This is more in line towards the Synmantec personnel.  But who can we address in order to get some of the documentation pertaining to Tech Documents translated? 

    There are many, that would be nice if they were available in other Languages. 

    I would be willing to help even, in translating some to French for example.

    You could contact "Thomas K" who is an Administrator / Manager for the Symantec Community.

    I am sure he would be the right person to be contact regarding this.

    Hi, it would be nice to have volounteers for the translations but who will review them? Who will maintain them up-to-date? Can an external contributor accurately (or easily) translate a technical article about a specific product without having access to the localization files? Those things are already a challenge for the English KB.

    Hi Jason,

    With the high volume of articles created, it becomes an overwhelming task trying to translate with so many languages supported. I suggest you post the idea of volunteers helping translate articles.If you are looking for a specific product to be supported, I recommend posting the idea in the specific product "Ideas" section of Connect. Product Managers may have a bit more influence on internal resources to get more documents translated in a timely manner..
