Allowed?

Probably way off here, isn't there something in Data Protection that would prevent Symantec doing this?  Without express consent from connect users (which is easy enough to get, when was the last time anybody here read T's & C's?...Been a while since I have!) .

I have a feeling that users have to agree to have my forum activities published to other users, as this could be construed as personal data?

Anybody know anything more about the legality of this...please feel free to slap me into line!
