I believe the statement they made last year is that the job needs to have a period of 24 hours in order for the bug not to come up.  Example:  Job start 5pm, Job end by 4:59pm.  

I go with time frames of an our so I just am in the habit of restarting the services every time change and rerunning missed jobs.
