Why does CCS 10 not include a workflow for managing, scheduling and alerting on periodic reviews of policies? In order to review a policy, you have to manually revert it back to draft. This is too time consuming if you have multiple policies that you are trying to manage and force periodic reviews of the content. I was very suprised to hear that there is a product called Symantec Workflow that you have to purchase separately in order to get the workflow capability that you would expect in Policy Manager.
