Why does the Vision 2014 App for Android have a country restriction?

I live in Sweden but am currently in Las Vegas for Vision. I tried to install the App today but my phone did not find it and when I scanned the QR-code it says the application is not available in my country. I cannot see why there is a country restriction at all, perhaps someone can explain this?

Or perhaps it is just a mistake and then perhaps someone can fix it :)

To add some more information, I can find the app for Vision 2014 in Mexico but not the one for Vision here in Las Vegas.
