Why doesn't my scheduled scan start? Please help
I use NIS 2009 that I installed a cupple of days ago.
First I scheduled my scan for a certain hour and it worked. Then I changed it, but it never runs.Unless I run manually.
Even if I enter settings settle everthing, close, shutdown and restart. besides that my APPLY" button is disabled many times.
What's wrong? I used to work with NIS 2007, so I'm familiar with the scheduled scan. I can't see what am I missing?
I read all the help in your site and thought I did all well.

Hi
You could try one thing, where you can delete the scheduled task that was added in the scheduled tasks.
Restart the computer, and then try to schedule a scan
For instance, after deleting the scheduled tasks for the earlier one, create a new one from your Norton program for the next 5 mins, if it works, then change the scheduled scan as per you want it
Or else, if that does not work then you need to uninstall and reinstall the Software.
