But the info at http://www.symantec.com/products-solutions/products/ gives a good overview of products giving highlevel features and benefits and datasheets and whitepapers, so I don't know why FileStore is missing from here.

The Support page is generally for customers who have bought it and want support and http://www.symantec.com/products-solutions/products/ is generally for customers who are interesting in buying and looking for info on what it provides, so it seems very odd that it is missing from here.
