  • 1.  Why so hard to buy PGP Whole Disk Encryption in the UK?

I use PGP Whole Disk Encryption in the UK and want to buy another copy?  Why, oh why, have you made it a seemingly impossible process.

Like others on these forums, it's utterly frustrating wanting to spend money on a good product and having no way to do it.

You point us to resellers who don't have a clue and can't service.

You'd be better saying you've suspended selling in the UK until you have a new site up to date that it's possible to buy it from.

I'd be very grateful if you could provide a UK phone number or website to buy it from.

I only want one licence just as is available in the US.

I have got the same complain as above, impossible to buy it in UK. I am an individual who has been using PGP for years and want to buy a new version. If Symantec do not want individuals to use the PGP, then they should make it clear on their website and not mess us about and waste our time.

I agree. I was at Infosec Europe today and asked about buying pgp online. The guy on the symantec stand said you could do it through the US site but that does not work. Why can't I just buy a single licence online?
