why symantec backup exec 2010 no detect virtual machine?

I installed virtual server 2005 r2 on windown server 2008 core.and setup virtual machines on it.But symantec backup no detect virtual machines.

pls help me about that!!!

Presumably you are using Hyper-V, do you have the Hyper-V licence for BE and did you push out the remote agent to this physical host?

yes , I'm using Hyper_V ,and have Hyper_V lisence for BE .I installed BE on a separate server to back up virtual servers on server core.

1) Did you go to Tools ---> Install Options and Licence Keys... to install the Hyper-V licence?

2) Did you go to Tools ---> Install Agents... to push out the remote agents to the Hyper-V host machine?
