Why would an Exchange 2010 backup just not run for 5 days?

As you know...we have an Exchange 2010 environment that we are int he process of migrating too, but ran into a hiccup. Our backups for one of the dags just stopped running 4 days ago. No alerts, no failure notifications, just stopped running. As we have almost 200 policies I don't check every backup everyday, I just respond to the failures. The logs that are currently running don't show anything (nothing to see if the job doesn't run), when I manually ran it this afternoon, it worked just fine. The policy has run in the past without a problem but stopped on Friday night.

How do you alert against that?

You could look at the nbpem logs to see why it was not considered.

Also, can you post the output of this command.
